Even better than Cafe Rio!
1 packet buttermilk ranch made as directed
2 tomatillos
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 garlic minced
1 limed juiced
1 jalapeno
Mix buttermilk ranch dressing as directed. Combine all other ingredients and mix in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate.
